Making a Purchase

Purchasing from our store is simple:

  1. Browse our products and add your chosen items to the shopping cart.

  2. Click “Checkout” and provide the details required to complete your order.

  3. We accept most major credit and debit cards.

If you make a mistake while ordering, contact us, and we will correct it.

Order Confirmation:
Receiving an order confirmation indicates that we have received your order, but it does not constitute a contract. A contract is only formed when we send you an invoice confirming your order. This protects us in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or stock issues. We will contact you before making any changes to your order.


Shipping and Handling

  • Delivery Schedule: Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days, but can take up to 28 business days if an item is out of stock.

  • Lost or Damaged Goods: Notify us within 2 working days if goods are lost or damaged in transit. Quote your order number in all correspondence. Proof of delivery from our courier is sufficient evidence of receipt.

  • Back Orders: If an item is out of stock, we will backorder it. You will be emailed the option to cancel if you do not wish to wait.

  • Tax Charges: UK and EU orders include 20% VAT.

  • Credit Card Security: Orders are encrypted with 128-bit encryption and decrypted only on our secure systems. Card numbers are not stored in clear text.

  • Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction.

Custom Printed Gazebos

We cannot accept returns or refunds on personalised or custom-printed gazebos unless the product or printing is faulty and verified by a member of staff.


Returns Policy

Your rights are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

  • You may cancel your order and return goods within 7 working days of receipt.

  • A 15% restocking fee and 5% credit card processing fee apply. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

  • Notify us by email or phone, quoting your order number. Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

  • You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods and should ensure they are adequately insured.

Additional Conditions:

  • Goods once used cannot be returned.

  • Faulty goods may be repaired or replaced.

  • Returned goods should be in original packaging, unused, and saleable.


General Terms

  • These terms apply to your order and may change at any time.

  • Your legal rights are not affected.

  • If any term is found invalid under applicable law, it will be omitted to the minimum extent necessary, without affecting the validity of remaining terms.
